Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the sg777ph website, mobile-optimized browser interface, and all games, services, and features accessible at sg777ph.vip.
• "Account" means the individual player account registered and maintained by a User on the sg777ph Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) held in a Player's sg777ph Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming in the Philippines.
• "RNG" means a certified Random Number Generator system used to determine game outcomes on the sg777ph Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Credit amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion features available within Account settings.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the sg777ph Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, the sg777ph Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing sg777ph on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that person or entity to these Terms and Conditions, and that the person or entity meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on sg777ph, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a non-personal capacity).
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee of sg777ph or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or technology providers.
• You have not previously had an sg777ph account suspended, closed for cause, or been subject to a self-exclusion that remains in effect.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) as defined under applicable Philippine anti-money-laundering regulations, unless explicitly approved in writing by sg777ph's compliance team.

sg777ph reserves the right to conduct eligibility verification at any time. If verification cannot be completed to sg777ph's satisfaction, the Platform may restrict account functionality until verification is resolved.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account on sg777ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and termination of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.

When registering your sg777ph account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• A valid Philippine mobile number that you own and control, which will serve as your primary account identifier and recovery channel.
• A secure password of your own choosing.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. You must notify sg777ph promptly if any registered information changes, particularly your mobile number or identity details. sg777ph may require re-verification if material changes are made to your account profile.

sg777ph is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC is mandatory before processing any withdrawal from your Account. The KYC process requires you to submit a clear photographic copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include: Philippine passport, UMID card, PhilSys national ID, driver's license, PRC ID, SSS ID, voter's ID, and postal ID. sg777ph may request additional supporting documents at its discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sg777ph login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. sg777ph will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, SMS, live chat, or any social media platform.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used for any other service or application.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your Account settings.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify sg777ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

sg777ph is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain reasonable security practices. However, if unauthorized access results from a fault attributable to sg777ph's own security infrastructure, sg777ph will investigate and remediate according to applicable PAGCOR standards.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sg777ph Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, payment fraud, identity fraud, or the use of stolen payment instruments.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament format available on sg777ph.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, the use of automated betting strategies specifically designed to clear bonuses with minimal risk, or any other method that sg777ph determines constitutes abuse of its promotional system.
• Money Laundering: Using the sg777ph Platform to facilitate any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other activity prohibited under Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated click software, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated tools to interact with the sg777ph Platform without prior written approval.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse-engineer any software or game running on the sg777ph Platform.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during account registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with sg777ph.
• Underage Use: Allowing or facilitating access to sg777ph by any person under the age of 21.

sg777ph actively monitors player behavior and transaction patterns for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where violations are identified, sg777ph reserves the right to void game results, cancel withdrawals, suspend accounts, and report activity to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law.

Deposits & Payments

The sg777ph Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, game stakes, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP. No currency conversion is applied or available.

Accepted deposit methods and their respective minimum deposit amounts are as follows:

• GCash — Minimum deposit ₱100. Funds credited to Account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) — Minimum deposit ₱100. Funds credited immediately upon successful transaction confirmation.
• BPI Online Banking — Minimum deposit ₱500. Processing time 15–30 minutes during banking hours.
• BDO Online Banking — Minimum deposit ₱500. Processing time 15–30 minutes during banking hours.
• Metrobank Online Banking — Minimum deposit ₱500. Processing time 30–60 minutes during banking hours.
• QR Ph / InstaPay — Minimum deposit ₱200. Processing time 5–15 minutes.

All deposits must be funded from a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches your sg777ph Account name. Third-party deposits — where the payer's name differs from the account holder's name — are not accepted and will be returned less any applicable reversal fees charged by the payment processor.

sg777ph reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for deposits that trigger anti-money-laundering thresholds or otherwise appear unusual relative to the Player's established deposit history. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account restriction pending review.

Bonuses & Promotions

sg777ph offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and referral rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this Section.

General bonus terms applicable to all sg777ph promotions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible Players aged 21 and above. Some promotions may be restricted to specific account tiers, deposit methods, or geographic locations within the Philippines.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Credits are subject to a wagering requirement, the specific multiplier for which is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus Credits and any associated winnings may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward meeting a wagering requirement. Live casino games, slots, and other categories may have different contribution rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Credits and associated wagering requirements expire after the period specified in the individual promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Credits and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus promotion may be active on a Player's Account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Some promotions specify a maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from Bonus Credits. Where such a cap applies, it is stated in the individual promotion's terms.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available Account Balance (excluding Bonus Credits subject to incomplete wagering requirements) at any time via the Withdrawal section of the sg777ph platform.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC Requirement: Identity verification (KYC) must be successfully completed before sg777ph will process any withdrawal, regardless of amount. This is a mandatory PAGCOR compliance requirement and is not waivable.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. Accepted withdrawal methods are GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. sg777ph does not process withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to third parties.
• Processing Times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed and credited to your wallet within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 30–60 minutes during Philippine banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or scheduled maintenance.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary according to a Player's account verification status and VIP tier. Current limits are displayed within the Withdrawal section of the Platform.

sg777ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers enhanced due diligence procedures under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. Large withdrawals may be subject to review periods of up to five (5) business days in such circumstances.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the sg777ph Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified by approved third-party testing laboratories. The RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random, statistically unpredictable, and consistent with published Return to Player (RTP) values.

By playing any game on sg777ph, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Gambling involves real financial risk and outcomes are determined by chance. There is no guaranteed return on any wager placed on the sg777ph Platform.
• Published RTP values represent long-term theoretical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Responsible Gaming

sg777ph provides the following Responsible Gaming tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into an Account. Once set, reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the net amount that may be lost within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session duration alerts and optional forced logouts after a Player-defined period of play.
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net financial result during active gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for temporary exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from all real-money gaming on sg777ph. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, the Account is restricted from all gaming activity, deposits, and the claiming of any promotional offers. Any Balance at the time of self-exclusion request remains available for withdrawal.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the sg777ph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without sg777ph's prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any sg777ph content, branding, or software.
• Use any sg777ph trademark, trade name, or service mark in any manner that is likely to cause confusion with sg777ph's brand.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any portion of the sg777ph Platform on any third-party website or application without written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sg777ph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their sg777ph Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sg777ph shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Losses resulting from internet service disruptions, telecommunications outages, or device failures outside of sg777ph's direct control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain reasonable security practices.
• Any gambling losses incurred on the Platform, which are a normal and expected consequence of real-money gaming and are accepted by the Player when placing any wager.

Nothing in this Section limits sg777ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under Philippine law.

Account Suspension & Termination

sg777ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a Player's Account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request or at sg777ph's request.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct set out in Section 6.
• A mandatory PAGCOR regulatory requirement or direction to do so.
• Discovery that a Player is ineligible to hold an Account under Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the Player.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, sg777ph will notify the Player as soon as reasonably practicable unless providing such notification would compromise an ongoing investigation or is prohibited by applicable law. Any undisputed Balance held at the time of suspension will remain available for withdrawal once the investigation is resolved in the Player's favor, unless the suspension arises from fraud or money laundering concerns.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting sg777ph support. Any available Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days of the closure request.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended by Republic Act No. 9487), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and directives.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and sg777ph, the Player agrees to first raise the matter with sg777ph's customer support team, providing full details of the dispute. sg777ph will endeavor to resolve the dispute within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the Player's complaint.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through sg777ph's internal complaints process, the Player may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR. sg777ph's operations are subject to PAGCOR oversight, and PAGCOR's dispute resolution determinations are binding on sg777ph with respect to matters within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.

Any unresolved legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, and both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Amendments to These Terms

sg777ph may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where revisions are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights, obligations, or the manner in which sg777ph processes Player data or funds — sg777ph will notify Players by SMS to their registered mobile number, by in-platform notification, or by both means, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.

Minor revisions, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any provision, and updates required to comply with changes in applicable law or PAGCOR regulations, may take effect immediately without prior individual notification.
